HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

YOUHESHE offers a 14 day period in which items can be returned, including items on sale, starting from the day on which you recieved said item. All you need to do, is to complete the return form and send it along with the items you wish to return. The items must be returned unused and in the same condition as when first recieved. The hanging tag must be attached as well. Items without the hanging tag will not be accepted as a return. Once we have recieved the items and have approved the return, the amount for which you will be reimbursed will be transferred as fast as possible. We will only transfer the amount to the credit card with which the items have been bought. This is to avoid the illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to attach personal banking information in the case of a bank transfer. Remember to save your postal reciept as documentation for having sent the items. The return of items are accountable and to be paid for by the customer.   

HOW DO I FILL OUT A RETURN FORM?

Please fill out the attached return form, initially recieved with the items, by ticking off which item(s) you wish to return, along with this please note the reason for return, the date of postage and a signature. 

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

We will gladly exchange your item for the same style, but with an other colour or size. If you wish to exchange the item for a different product, we then suggest that you return the item and buy the other product following. 

I HAVE RECIEVED THE WRONG ITEM?

We strive to deliever what has been ordered. During instances of wrongful deliveres please contact kundeservice@youheshe.com and we will send you a return label so the item can be returned at no extra cost. Please note name, address and order number whenever contacting us.
